Dinner is served in candlelit dining room smart casual dress code

Children over 12 years of age are welcome.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All rates are quoted in ZAR and inclusive of VAT(or otherwise indicated). The rates are based on a per person sharing basis, 5 Course Candlelit table d'hôtè dinner, breakfast, (meal plan as stipulated) are nett and non-commissionable. Guests staying for more than 2 nights are welcome to book the spa treatments facilities e.g. Jacuzzi, steamroom, Sauna, Jet bath etc. Excludes any transfers/tours. Excludes any beverages.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE 
Check in from: from 14H00 - 18h00 (Early arrival by arrangement only) Late arrivals please let us know.

Check out by: from 07H00 - 11H00 late check out on pre-arrangement only

DEPOSIT POLICY 
All reservations that have not been confirmed with a credit card details/agents voucher/deposit/ EFT are deemed as provisional and may be released at the properties discretion. Final rooming list to be received in writing 30 days prior to arrival

CANCELLATIONS POLICY 
Cancellations to be received in writing/email by Reservations Office.

Penalties are calculated on the total cost of stay.

FIT

29 - 15 days – 25%

14 - 8 days – 65%

7 - 0 days – 90%

Full amount of a booking will be charged in the event of premature departures and no-shows

SMOKING
We are a non-smoking establishment. Smoking in the rooms is not permitted however guests may smoke on their verandah and dedicated smoking areas.

GRATUITIES

Gratuities are not included in the rate and guests may leave a gratuity which can be added to their bill and this is divided by all staff members.
